Payment is required upon completion of work.

Please note that Tax Invoices stipulating "PAID IN
FULL" are also a Sales Receipt.

Time-charged is per each 15-minute block and
commences upon leaving HolTech Services' Offices
or previous job.

Title & ownership of goods does not pass to
Client until payment is received in full.

Data Backup is the responsibility of the Client
prior to installation, repair, upgrade, rebuild,
etc by HolTech Services.

Please note that Disk Partitioning is potentially
risky and HolTech Services cannot be responsible
for loss of data caused by this process, due to
circumstances outside their control, such as loss
of power, software failure, hardware failure or
any other cause. Client should perform Backups
prior to partitioning.

Warranty on new parts is provided by the respective
manufacturers and hence the period is as specified
by said manufacturer.

Second-Hand parts/systems are Warranted for 30
days unless stated otherwise.

All Hardware work performed by HolTech Services
is warranted for 12 months. As Software is not
written by HolTech Services, it's correct function
cannot be warranted by HolTech Services.

Quotes are valid for a period of fourteen (14) days.

For Quoted work, two thirds (2/3) Deposit is
required prior to commencing work and the Balance
of Quoted price is payable upon completion of work
(new systems, upgrades, etc).

HolTech Services will not be responsible for the
consequences of incorrect information provided by
3rd Parties, including, but not exclusive to;
Hewlett-Packard (HP), IBM, etc; including that
provided directly to HolTech Services.
